Our service area encompasses the entire Lower Peninsula of Michigan, generally within a 100-mile radius of our storage yard.

Our containers are commonly utilized for construction projects, restoration work, remodeling tasks, moving purposes, temporary storage needs, tractor trailer storage, and as connex boxes (with high cube options available).

We provide 20' used, 20' new, 40' used, 40' HC used, and 40' HC new containers. Please note that delivery incurs an additional fee, starting from $200.

High cube containers offer additional vertical space, measuring 9.5' in height, which is 1.5 feet taller than our standard 8' containers.

For used containers, prices may be negotiable based on the condition. We invite you to visit our facility to personally select your container.

We employ tilt-deck trailers for delivery. These specialized trailers lower the container into position as the truck moves forward, placing it precisely where needed.

Typically, 40' container delivery to residential areas is not feasible due to space constraints. These deliveries require a 53' truck and 100' of clear space for maneuvering.

For concrete surfaces, direct placement is suitable. On asphalt, we recommend using plywood sheets. For soil or grass, utilize 6 in. x 6 in. x 8 ft. wood pieces, blocks, or railroad ties for support.

We do not impose time restrictions on rentals. You may keep the container for as long as your needs require.

All containers are sold in as-is condition without guarantees. Customers are required to sign a buyer agreement to release us from liability.
