  • What areas do you serve?

    We serve the entire Lower Peninsula of Michigan, typically within 100 miles of our yard.

  • What are the containers most often used for?

    • Construction containers

  • What container sizes do you offer?

    • 20' used
    • 20' new

    Delivery fee is additional, starting at $200.

  • What’s the difference between standard and high-cube containers?

    High cubes are 1.5 feet taller (9.5' tall) than standard containers (8').

  • Can I negotiate the price?

    Used container prices may be negotiable depending on condition. You’re welcome to come and select the container in person.

  • How are containers delivered?

    We use tilt-deck trailers that lower the container into place as the truck drives out from underneath.

  • Can 40’ containers be delivered to residential areas?

    Typically, no, due to space limitations. These require a 53’ truck and 100’ of clearance.

  • What should I place underneath my container?

    • On concrete: place directly.
    • On asphalt: use plywood sheets.
    • On soil/grass: use 6 in. x 6 in. x 8 ft. wood, blocks, or railroad ties.

  • Is there a time limit on container rentals?

    No. Rent for as long as you need!

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit cards and checks for rental payments. However, we only accept checks for container sales.

  • Are your containers guaranteed?

    All containers are sold as-is with no guarantee. A buyer agreement is required to release liability.

  • Can I come pick out my container?

    Yes! Call ahead and come browse available units.

  • How much is delivery?

    Delivery fees start at $200 and depend on your location.

  • Can I store anything in the container?

    Most items are fine, but we don’t recommend storing perishables due to potential condensation.

  • Are your containers wind and water-tight?

    Yes, all units are wind and water-tight.

  • Do you provide storage for construction and remodeling projects?

    Yes — we offer both rental and sales options tailored for job sites and remodels.

  • Do you offer tractor-trailer storage?

    Yes, we can help with long-term tractor-trailer storage.
